Staff were helpful and nice. We were arranged to a room on the 2/F at the first night, where's the ice machine located and so much noises made by those guests came to the grab ice until 3am... apparently they don't care about other guests. We can barely sleep at the first night so that we seek for help from the reception and we were rearranged to a room on upper floor, which was silence and we can have a excellent sleep finally! Thanks for the caring and considering move from the staff!

I really loved the hotel because of the chic interiors. Although the hotel room is small, the room’s interiors are very minimalist. The hotel is also conveniently located several minutes away from Hakata station. It also has a very good location as one can find a convenience store, restaurants, gym, and train station all close to the station.

The staffs is good and willing to help. Location also good, 7-11 next to the door. Walking distance to Canal City, Hakata Station, Kushida-Jinja and many more. Safe in the room is necessary for traveller too.

Close to Hakata Station. Very close to Canal City if you are into shopping. Great and helpful staff. Bed are comfy. Overall, great stay.

10mins walk to Hakata Station. Closer to Kushida Shrine station. Very close to Canal city. Very central with lots of food options, pharmacies and AEON supermarket.

The location was perfect as it was a little walk away from the main Hakata Station. Me and my wife were in awe of such a practical design of the room we stayed in. The staff was very helpful.

Very easy to access to and from the main station (Hakata). The staff was nice. The room was spacious enough for me and had everything needed. Fukuoka is a nice city to visit when starting a trip in Kyushu.

Location is great. Everything is at a walking distance; starbucks,train and subway station, yatai, canal city, drugstore, cafes. They have free tea.
