Very easy to access to and from the main station (Hakata). The staff was nice. The room was spacious enough for me and had everything needed. Fukuoka is a nice city to visit when starting a trip in Kyushu.

Location is great. Everything is at a walking distance; starbucks,train and subway station, yatai, canal city, drugstore, cafes. They have free tea.

A last minute booking on a fleeting visit to Fukuoka. The room served its purpose but although there was an electronic jug and cups, there was no tea or coffee in the room. Unusual to miss out on a morning coffee in my room.

The front desk was very accommodating, storing our luggage after checkout since we were catching a ferry and also hailing a cab for us when cabs were scarce. The rooms are clean and well air conditioned

Everything was clean, the location is really close to all malls, business and shopping centers, metro station. Staff was very nice to keep our luggage after check out till our flight

Highly recommend!! It’s located literally between Hakata station and the Canal City Mall, so convenient and worth the price. It’s very clean and modern.

The location is central if you want to discover Fukuoka. The room is small but it's enough for a 2-day stay and it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was very nice.

The reception team was excellent and we were always given warm welcome and assistance. The location to Halata Station is awesome only less than 10 mins walk and food options plenty around the hotel.
